How your house account works

A WolfShack house account is a line of credit — not a prepaid balance. Your student charges purchases as they go, and we automatically bill the card on file on your billing schedule. You're not loading money onto the account; you're allowing purchases up to your credit limit.

Charges add up as your student buys, up to your credit limit.
Your card is billed automatically on your schedule — weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.
When you reach the limit, purchases pause until the balance is paid down.

Reached your limit? Please don't create a second account — that just opens another line of credit. Instead, use Manage your account to check your balance and request an invoice to pay early (which frees up your limit right away), or request a higher limit.
